Rosarito Beach is a 15-minute drive and the world-famous Papas and Beer. The unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a queen size bed in each bedroom, and a trundle bed (pullout) with two single beds. The common grounds contain a beautiful huge garden area with a children’s playground, basketball hoop, tables and chairs, all overlooking the beach and ocean for your enjoyment.

Exclusive Beachfront Condo; Relax in Playas Near Rosarito

Six (6) people permitted. A $25 per person per night will be added if guest count exceeds six (6)people. There are 2 Queen size beds; 1 in each bedroom. There is a couch that can be used as a bed for one small person. Trundle bed equivalent to two single (twin) beds are in the living room; one slides out from the bottom of the upper bed. Bring sleeping bags if additional people don’t mind sleeping on the floor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this relaxing beachfront condo. Although the apartment was older it was very clean and well taken care of. Even though the apartment is on the top floor, we did not at all mind the climb since it is so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Mexico. I would recommend this condo to families or couples wanting to visit.

By booking the unit, you hereby agree to all of the following:

This is NOT a hotel. There is no daily maid service, housekeeping services, or guest lobby with attendant on duty. Although the unit is at the top floor offering the best views, the elevator does not work. Unless you are able to climb stairs, do not book this unit. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or go to the common grounds overlooking the ocean or the beautiful beach.

Beds will be made with clean sheets and there are 6 clean towels. There will be a starter set of toilet paper and hand soap. Please bring everything else you may need including, but not limited to, hair products, soap, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, condiments, food, ice, coffee, creamer, sugar, beer :), beach toys, fishing poles, etc. Fortunately, there is a convenient store across the street should you forget or need anything. Tenants are responsible for leaving the place reasonably clean, washing their dishes, and without laundry needing spot cleaning or excessive cleaning. Additional cleaning charges may apply otherwise.

Should you run out of gas, there is a secondary tank on the easterly side of the building. Open the valve and switch the diverter valve to the other tank. In the event of any plumbing emergencies requiring water shutoff, there is a green water valve wrench in the living room closet with the water meter shutoff valve located in the ground also on the easterly side of the building. There is no heating or air-conditioning as is typical in this and most competing condominiums. Cooling is the old-fashioned way with ceiling fans and open windows with ocean breezes. Heating is done the old-fashioned way with blankets and snuggling. There is one very small portable heater in the closet to reduce the rare very cold chill, if necessary.

This is a 3rd world country. Sometimes there are problems with government provided electric, water, and sewer services. Unfortunately, these are all out of the control by all the recipients of these utility services. As this is not a large 5-star commercial hotel, there are no backup generators or alternative water supplies. These utility services are the full responsibility of the Mexican government. Although the internet provider is generally reliable, internet services may be interrupted by the internet provider. Because of fluctuations in government furnished voltage, it may sometimes be necessary to hard boot the internet cable modem to reset it. Do so by unplugging it and re-plugging it back in. The internet wifi name is playas. The password for wifi is: guest123. If you are not already an experienced user of KODI, please do not use this streaming application. If you are an experienced user, the fluctuations in voltage may necessitate a hard boot by unplugging and re-plugging in the streaming device. There are no refunds whatsoever for all utility services being beyond our control and are provided by the Mexican government. No liability will be accepted for any consequential or inconsequential damages whatsoever for utilities or internet service. Should any utilities be interrupted, enjoy the quiet time or get out and see Mexico.

The condo unit is in a in a large condo complex with multiple buildings. There is a combination push-button lockbox to the left of the door on the wall containing the keys. Clear it first by pushing the black center sliding switch downwards. Enter the combo which will be provided and then push the top center button downwards to open the door to access the keys. The code is entered again to replace the lock cover. There is an electronic deadbolt lock at the front door. Push the house button at the bottom left to illuminate the key pad. Enter the combo to be provided. When exiting, push the bottom right button to lock the electric deadbolt and use the keys for the other locks. Return the keys to the lockbox upon checkout. The lady that arranges for cleaning and, in extreme emergencies, may be able to possibly help address some minor issues should they come up, is Maya. If she is available, Maya is in building B, unit #102. Her tel # is country code: 00152, area code: 664 and number: 215-5653. Maya only speaks Spanish so find an interpreter, if needed. The best place to park is right in front of the building at the southwest corner of Pacifico and Aqua below the bedroom window. It looks like it is painted red and you can’t fit a car there but you can fit a very large vehicle there without protruding into the driveway or red zone. If you desire, you can retrieve the parking lot key in the lockbox and park in the designated space of the same unit number near the southwest corner of “Building A”. Re-lock the parking gate after leaving or upon arrival. DO NOT PARK IN ANYBODY’S SPACE EVEN TEMPORARILY! THEY LOVE TO IMMEDIATELY TOW TO DERIVE INCOME AND SEVERELY PUNISH! Also, it is very inconvenient and disrespectful to the neighbors who own their parking spaces.

Turn all of the blinds completely perpendicular to the windows before opening and closing them. This will prevent them from damage for which you will otherwise be charged for. If the window is open, leave the blinds and curtains fully open to prevent damage and dirt from the wind. You will be one of the first parties to enjoy a brand-new leather couch. There is also a new 40″ hi-def LCD TV in the living room. Two beach chairs are in the closet for your use. Please wipe off any sand before putting it back. In a plastic bag, there is a bed sheet for beach use. Please shake off all sand outdoors and return it folded in the bag before reentering the home. Water valve on easterly side of the building in case of an emergency. Water valve wrench is a large green wrench located on the top shelf of the closet in the living room. No candles because they are a fire hazard and spilled melted wax causes damages. Don’t sit on coffee table or dining table or put anything heavy on them otherwise it will crack and break. Don’t place anything on glass surfaces that may cause them to crack. You will be fully responsible for any damages plus a minimum one week charge due to the time it takes to replace any missing or broken items. Use the provided coasters on all surfaces with beverages. Use the trash compactor for all trash and do not leave any trash outside the unit. Trashcans are located at the northwesterly area of the complex near the lifeguard station. Pets are not allowed on any of the furnishings at any time and all pet hair shall be vacuumed by occupants with pets. All pets must be housebroken and dogs must be on leashes when on the grounds of the premises. If you use the trundle bed (small bed with pullout bed underneath located in the living room), DO NOT RAISE the lower bed and leave the lower bed at ground level for safety reasons. The interior of the property is freshly painted. Do not scuff the walls or touch them with dirty or greasy hands otherwise you may be responsible for repainting if you are unable to clean any dirty or scuffed walls. Unfortunately, the ownership will not be in town during your stay so will be unable to respond timely to any questions or concerns. We defer you to Maya should any issues arise. Treat the place as if it is your own otherwise you will be charged for all missing, broken, or damaged items plus any other consequential costs such as loss of income, delivery fees, management costs to correct, etc.
