The boardwalk begins from the sidewalk at the property.You cannot beat the views or proximity to the beach at this price. Proximity to Rosarito Beach makes this an excellent alternative choice. Note that most Roasarito Beach advertised rentals are nowhere close to downtown Rosarito, Rosarito Beach proper, or Papas and Beer. With this rental, you will get the convenience of being close to the border for adventures to San Diego, Sea World, Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, San Diego Zoo, Legoland, etc. No expensive toll roads necessary unless you care to go further south to Popotla, Rosarito, Ensenada, Wineries, La Bufadora, etc.

Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico

Property is immediately adjacent to a sandy beach directly down the stairs adjacent to the lifeguard station. During various seasons and depending upon the tide, you may have to walk about 1/2 block north to the alternative beach access ramp for easier access to the beach. Convenient to downtown Tijuana 10 minutes away. Rosarito and Papas and Beer is about 15 minutes south via the high speed toll road. Popotle is about 20 minutes south and Puerto Nuevo is about 25 minutes via the toll road. Ten minute short drive to the San Diego border for adventures to Sea World, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, Old Town San Diego, Coronado, etc. Further north, is Disneyland about a 1.5 hrs drive. Universal Studios and Venice Beach is about 2-2.5 hours away.

Getting around

Taxis and Uber are readily available at the border should you not be driving to the site.
